AVANS has a variety of sponsor opportunities for our annual meeting. Sponsorship is a great way to get one-on-one exposure to our members. We provide networking time for attendees to visit booth and encourage online discussions with sponsors.
Platinum Sponsor: $35,000
10x15 space with two 6-ft tables and 4 chairs, website advertisement (90 days), logo recognition on all signage and in program, up to two (2) participant bag items (up to 4 ounces) provided by sponsor, mention in opening comments, 5.5"x8" advertisement in event program, and 5 complimentary registrations at the conference.
Gold Sponsor: $25,000
10x10 space with two 6-ft tables and 4 chairs, website advertisement (30 days), logo recognition on all signage and in program, one (1) participant bag item (up to 4 ounces) provided by sponsor, mention in opening comments, 4 complimentary registrations at the conference.
