Our first Annual Meeting will take place on Friday and Saturday, March 5 & 6, in San Diego, CA. This is a 12-hour, CE-accredited event and will be available both in-person and online. Sponsorship opportunities will include in-person and online benefits.

AVANS has a variety of sponsor opportunities for our first meeting. Sponsorship is a great way to get one-on-one exposure to our members. We provide networking time for attendees to visit booth and encourage online discussions with sponsors.

10x10 space with one 6-ft table, website advertisement (90 days), logo recognition on all signage and in program, logo recognition on event app (Whova), up to two (2) participant bag items (up to 4 ounces) provided by sponsor, mention in opening comments, 5.5"x8" advertisement in event program, pre-event email blast to attendees, and 6 complimentary registrations at the conference.
